This tactic is awesome. I am crushing my league with a team that was supposed to be relegated. And i am also in the cup final.

Ajax aren't little to be fair they have always been one of the European Elite. Anyone who has heard of Holland and Total Football would know that. They have always had a great youth system but not always a great system of either keeping or using the talent to best advantage.
