I really wanted to design my own transports, colonizers, science ships and builders, and the other mods that did that had not been updated to 2.2. So I decided to make my own.

Effects:
- you can design all vanilla ships
- the designs are not auto-updated (though you can still check the checkbox if you want)
- components do increase the cost of the ship

The last one is my own twist, since I don't see any good reason why a ship can end up costing the same if it has 10 times more expensive engines. You WILL end up paying more for these ships, but then so will the AI.
