[LFS] Maintenance Trailer

Most credit goes to WAC as that is what this is based off. I simply modified the code for it to work with LFS since this was a good solution for repairing and rearming those vehicles, such solution did not exist for LFS vehicles.

So if you run a server and want players to be able to repair and rearm themselves without having to get a new vehicle or a staff member having to edit the properties, here is the solution! Enjoy!

RearmPrimarySegment & RearmSecondarySegment, if ticked, will mean refill ammo per tick based on max ammo divided by the value set in the respective RearmAmount. Having this unticked will simple refill the amount you set in the RearmAmount for primary or secondary
