NPCstuff 6 - Research Wind - BA

npc research base wind ( it has some wind tunnel type things. otherwise quite generic npc base.)

notes:
- intended to be build on water, but i added elevators, so not really specific
- bunch of areas/containers: housing(H),misc storage(S),cargo storage (C), fuel storage(F), dumping storage(D), production (P), growing (G), lounge/cafeteria(L), medic (M), research (R)
- some potential trader spots (have lcd's so should be clear)
- repairstation in misc storage
- armor locker in housing units
- iinterior in housing 1-3 varies slightly

it got slightly out of hand and a bit to big (was just one tunnel,landingpad+ the 2 storage building XD )
you proabbly could reduce the size class to cut a bit stuff, most is just slight variants.
