Tosca 3 way interchange + dogbone entrance / exit v2

Heavy duty interchange. 3 way interchange with direct freeway access. All directions can enter and exit from the dogbone as well.

updated 7/7/19 2 lane dogbone instead of one.

I used this in a map to make an entrance into the start square and still have traffic flowing past. Put statues and gardens in the dogbone rotaries and a little water feature in the big loop. :)

This is really lovely in-game. I tweaked it to fit onto a smaller number of lanes, and it still works well.
