Ore Everywhere with tiers

Description
Increases the chance for ores to spawn everywhere while still maintaining tiers. There is a small chance for all tiers to spawn everywhere and each subsequent planet tier includes all tiers before it destroying the need for backtracking. Asteroids also have up to Durasteel and have diamonds.

It definitely does, it replaces the code that affects the existing ore distribution. If something else edits that, it will overwrite those lines.

ABSOLUTE BANGER OF A MOD, I'm just wondering: is there a possibility that it breaks the spawning rates of other modded ores?
