Description
The LNC-09 "Lancer" actually wasn't originally designed by Wahr. Instead, while scavenging around their local galaxy's scrapyards in dire times, what they found forever changed the Wahr Corporation - and, consequently, put them ahead of the market (and technology curve) for energy weapons.

Best used with Railguns.
