Strange attractor was honestly a hard item to improve, at least without /completely/ reworking it. So I just implemented one simple change that at least doesn't make it always completely suck...

- You tears start attracting more and more the further they travel. Your tearscale also increases with distance traveled.

(I think I got this change from reading something on reddit, and really liking the idea. And indeed, it doesn't cause me to /always/ lose a run straight when I pick it up)

Tell me if there are any real gamebreaking bugs with this mod. This is my first time playing with tearflags, so I hope everything keeps working...
