Description
Disables the Tech Boosted (Eureka) and Civic Boosted (Inspiration) popup windows which interrupts your gameplay. Tech boosted and Civic boosted notification still appear on notification panel and the popup can be displayed by clicking on notification.

哇，现在还有用。
尽管原版的科技弹窗很精致，但整整71个科技弹窗啊！对于只游玩电脑设备的玩家来说，频繁点击弹窗还是太恐怖了。

I've thought about it too but I have one problem the civic finished popup also serves as remainder to change active policies to the newly learned ones and I don't know how to keep this functionality without this popup.

Is it feasible to make a mod to disable the "tech/civic finished" pop-ups while keeping their audio quotes and side-notifications?
