and also has a somewhat accurate cafeteria. you need CS:S And Portal 2 for most of the props and may also need CS:GO

@Sparky, @R3bellion, i found on internet archive three mods, two of them are mod lists. One contains and the two mosques, the collection mod is called edgy_gmod_addons directory listing, and the two other mods i found are columbine_highschool.bsp, columbine-highschool directory listing

Hey buddy! Good attempt but noticed a few wrong details:
Door to hallway lacks curvature unlike real doorway, floor is carpetted in the real one, there are no doors to the AV rooms from the front desk side of the room, etc.
I can link you some good resources if you want.
