Overestimated Sandbox

Description
This is the sandbox map used to make the original version of the Overestimated scenario.
Notes: -1 level pathways to and from the terminals will need the endpoint walls extended by one tile to fit the stairs/escalators.
Security will need to be updated to conform to the newer procedures.

Please post screenshots in the comments of your finished airports.

there is issue with the lay out where i cant put the escelators to connect all the undergound pathways with the terminals
