Description
This little weapon attaches an explosive dart to a victim. After a few seconds, the victim will emmit an "omae wa mou shindeiru" and explode. The explosion can also cause other players nearby to die. Can also be attached on dead players as well.

NPC? This one is for TTT not for Sandbox Gamemode. But I can add it for Sandbox if it is desired

it didn't seem to work when I tested it out (I didn't even mind trying to throw one at a npc, it doesn't want to work just from a LUA error)
