This mod introduces a new surface_shader that gives all the monitors and screens in NS2 a bit more life.



There's a slight pseudorandom distortion happening at irregular intervalls (don't worrry, it's toned down enough to not be distracting) along with a distance blend to a LCD pixel raster for those that want to shove their faces into the screens (son, that's not healthy)
