Women's Database 2.0

Description
This is my second women's database of FM19. I am only keeping this on Steam for now as an advert to ask people to download my third database which has a lot more players added and in more detail.

3.0 Database, download here or click on the FMGURU name to view all of my workshop items.

Those phrases can't be changed unfortunately. Also there's no way for me to change the graphics the game uses so they still have to look the same on the 3D graphics.

Could you re-edit so that they don't read He and unlucky Boys etc...and can the figures be changed so they actually look like Women???

Thanks for the response. The explanations all make a lot of sense. Considering how important Important Matches and Consistency both are, especially the latter, I'd urge you to have those high on the priority list for player attributes. As for the youth ratings, would it be possible to have 2 different databases; one with normal youth ratings and the other as is now? For me the male names aren't that big of an issue, as I've gone in and renamed (via an editor) the prospects in my team to have female names. Anyways, keep up the good work and thanks for clearing this stuff up :)

Hi thanks for your feedback!
1) All youth ratings were intentionally low. This is so the game wasn't dominated by newgens after a few years (many of whom have male names) and also to give the real female players aged 14-17 I have added a chance to develop and become first team players ahead of youth intakes.
2) On this database the English league has an open transfer window so transfers can happen any time. I knew about this at the time but I've fixed it so the next update will have the proper transfer window.
3 and 4) A lot of player ratings like this are set to '0' so are loaded randomly. On one save she could have 4 leadership but 18 on the next. Same with hidden stats like 'injury prone', 'important matches' and stats that make a players personality but I am currently adding more detail to players so the next database will be more realistic.

Hey FMGuru. I've been enjoying the database a lot and think it's impressive the amount of stuff you've added. With that said, I've also found some possible issues I'd like to bring to your attention:
1) I've found the nation youth ratings have all been set to 1. This means all youth intakes give bad players, even with the best setup at the club.
2) I've found the transfer window to be broken (playing as Arsenal in WSL), since the window is open for the whole season.
3) A lot of players are uncomfortable playing big matches - is this intentional?
4) Amandine Henry, the captain of her country, has 4 Leadership - is this intentional or an oversight?
Thank you for making this database :)

This 2.0 file only has a few of the top teams who will be playing in the champions league.

The 3.0 update that will be ready next month (when the transfer window closes) will have 200+ more Bundesliga players and the league is fairly complete.

@FMGuru: You said you added major european teams like Wolfsburg, does that include the Bundesliga as a whole? Are there any other German Leagues besides the Bundesliga in your file?

Thanks in advance, pal! :)

@Matteo I could probably do it in a way so the women i've added join the mens team but it'll make the womens managers, coaches etc the managers of the mixed teams, (eg emma hayes becomes chelsea manager - with the mens chelsea manager probably becoming assistant by default as a result).
I have considered adding the women as part of the mens database instead of on a separate database but the problem is most comments will probably be people moaning about how female x is better than male y on FM but in real life she isn't. I've already had comments like that on this download as well as separate add-ons I've done so if I did one that actually included the men as well I think I'd like to try it but it'd probably encourage complaints when people are comparing men/women on the database.

@imreallyonfire I've created new leagues for England because that's the main country I'm trying to add. I've created their nation rules so I can create the correct league sizes and cup competitions.

I can only do 1 nation rules so for other counties I've had to just promote division 2 teams into the top league cause most women's leagues have less teams in the main division. The only real problem is USA cause the way their league works I can't just add more teams which leaves half of the league empty which effects draft picks.

Really nice Mod, but I have a queastion, is it possible to have men and women in one? So you can transfer a women to Manchester or any other team and you can transfer a man to PSG woman. That would be incredible.
