@PianoManO23 You can change it in RICO just add local settings.

Nice structure of the building, only in the low density area it really does not fit, which is no problem ;)

This is a great asset, but it grows in low density residential. Can you fix it so it grows in high-density only? I'd really like to use it, but it's annoying having it grow next to single family houses.
