TTT - Loadout Menu (with configfiles)

Description
This is an edited version of the loadout menu from Exho.

New features:
- added files to edit the weapons without extracting the addon
(the files are located in /garrysmod/data/loadout_menu/)
- you spawn with ammo

Fixed Bugs:
- you don't get the weapons if you already collected a weapon
- no one gets the loadout if one has disabled it

Clientconvars:
- loadout_key Set a key to open the Loadout Menu. Default: F6 (works with F1 - F12, with TTT2: use the F1 menu to bind a key)

Serverconvars:
- loadout_everyonecanuse 0: Only Admins can use the Loadout. / 1: Everyone can use the Loadout. (With ULX: use the loadout_menu permission) - loadout_denyMsg Set the message appearing in the chat when a player tries to use the loadout but is not allowed to use it. - loadout_chatCmd Set the chatcommand

I had problems with uploading the update. It should be fixed now, just restart your server to update the addon. If the error appears again write me back and I look at it tomorrow

Something broke in your update today, heres what console printed:

ohh, u probs should update the text chat for the mod then, cuz it says "type !loadout"

You have to use the hotkey or type loadout_open in the console

typing !loadout doesn't do anything fyi
