So if a Ruling Family's king has "Skepticism" as a personal trait (like some game characters do), then this is passed down to all sons?
I am guessing that the answer is No, and that all that Bloodline traits do is make certain bonuses appear and share automatically between all characters in a family, like giving an Omen power bonus to Zadokite family members in Judea.
There have been some under the hood changes that you might also like, I have wrote events to give bloodlines to all game generated characters which the game would not automatically do.
I haven't really touched Imperator since last summer, so don't really know if I'll come back to it anytime soon. Maybe for 1.4, but most likely not. You are welcome to update and develop this in anyway you wish.
