Removed minimum output temperatures of the buildings.

Affects ALL and ONLY vanilla buildings

Notes

Hey guys, if you wanted to use this mod you can't anymore since latest updates. "Customize buildings" has this functionality built into it now so you can subscribe to that instead.

Not a surprise, given how much has changed. I do hope Trevice has time soon to work on such a vital mod, but of course it is understandable that things can take time to do.
