gm_snowstruct + gm_flatsnow

This includes both maps gm_snowstruct and gm_flatsnow. I haven't seen any default winter themed maps soo i decided to make them. Originally, gm_snowstruct was supposed to have big lake and color room with few more changes, but hammer just didn't let me run the map soo I had to tweak it alot. However gm_flatsnow was working with no problems...
