Description
Adds two new game rules:
Fully Terraformed: Start off with terraforming params maxed, and the ground green.
Terraforming Locked: Terraforming params never go down.

It only says never go down, not up.

with terra params locked does that mean you can still terraform but they never drop?

I installed the mod and activated the rules and when i went in as soon as i started build the ground bugged out how do i fix that

Make sure to scroll to the bottom of the list.
Did you enable it in the mod manager?
