Ya boi don upgraded

Changes the Vigilante skin to look more like Manco/Blondie/Man With No Name (Clint Eastwood) from the Dollars Trilogy by making the shirt to a light blue, hat to brown, buckle to an eagle, pants to dark blue, boots to brown, vest to light brown fur, and also changes the face into a photo of Clint Eastwood with a fake beard.
