SPARTAN - HUB - Class 9 base

A large HUB with lot of space in.
There are 16 parking areas inside with a ground hangar door and an aircraft door.

It is textures and painted. Yet the floors textures are minimal as almost all rooms are empty.

The main corridor has many growing plots operationnal.
Oxygen tanks are operationnal.

I have only added few fuel tanks and nothing else so that you can place your own stuff where you want.

Note: This can only welcome spartan's dagger vessel (sv)
