Sensory Overload

Description
Adds lots of sensors to allow more advanced automation setups.

You can gain automation signals based on the following:

Liquid/gas/rail conduit: temperature, germs, element, pressure, empty pipe, full pipe. (first 3 are in vanilla for gas/liquid)

Building and tile temperatures.

Temperature and germs on items on the floor.

Battery status, essentially a smart battery output where all batteries on the same wire act as one battery.

Liquid elements, like vanilla gas sensor, but for liquids.


On top of this, vanilla gas and liquid pressure sensors have max values set in the config file, allowing measurements outside of the vanilla range.

The item sensor has some interesting secondary usages. It's FPS friendly and only updates every 2.5 seconds (set in config file. Raise/lower as you like). However it also triggers instantly when items are added or removed.
Since it is always active when no items are present, setting it to below -270 C will make it an item detector. Since it doesn't need to be in the floor, it can be on top of doors. Also since it triggers on new item event, it is fast enough to trigger on falling items in mid air, though you would need a filter gate to make the signal last long enough to make it useful.


Known issue: custom colors on already built sensors can vanish while you have a ghost of a new building ready to be placed. They will return once you are done placing new buildings. Won't fix because it's minor and complex and graphics are (likely) placeholders until new graphics can be modded into the game with the next release.

STOP COMMENTING FOR UPDATES. THIS MOD IS LONG DEAD, AND IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED. USE INDIVIDUAL SENSOR MODS. THEY DO THE SAME THING.
