Four-Layer Stack Interchange

Description
A Four-Layer Stack built to the same size as the default cloverleaf. Replace your existing cloverleafs with this to reduce vehicles weaving.

The number of lanes being used are customised to encourage traffic AI to use all 3 lanes in a normal highway, so no more traffic clustering in the outside lane.
