unofficial patch - Elite Bionic Framework + Callistans

Description
technically not a patch as Callistans doesn't have an Archotech tail to begin with, adds an archotech tail with 10HP more than a normal callistan tail.
also can be installed on androids if you have 'callistan robotics' installed
Requires Elite Bionics Framework and Callistans(1.0) (and must be loaded after both of them)
