Crystaline ships are known for being extremely bright, and having heavy reliance on shields, however their natural "armor" is comparatively extremely weak.

Non-Crystaline: With Wahr Corporation's even greater need for raw crystals for their energy weapons, they had turned to growing crystals on an almost planetary scale. Following an exile's vilgilate raid, the Crystaline species was born.

Crystaline: The Amber-class is a newly spawned Crystaline. All ships start this way, and they will eventually grow stronger over time, including psionic shields, weapons platforms, jump range increases, and more. But, they have so much left to learn.
