Resurgence Mod v3
Resurgence mod primarly aims to bring new models, backgrounds and fleet warfare to homeworld remastered.
For now only hiigarans are playable.
v3 Includes mostly some fixes and new ship railgun frigate

map is great BUT THERE IS ONLY A BIGGER SHIPYARD FOR ARE MOTHERSHIP A RAILGUN SHIP A NEW FIGHTER AND THE CAP SHIPS TAKE AGES THE GET OUT OF THE MOTHER SHIP
