The USSR Mosrhaw is a lighter more attack class transport cruiser.
Armed to the teeth with warheads and guns, unlike the American made version:
More scouts, weapons and fuel load.
With the same armour but less weight, mobility and speed increased.

However the Americans know that all those unprotected warheads make for a easy target,
if you don't get hit first.
This ship suffers the "ALL or nothing" scheme. you get hit by anything explosive, you'll be dead.

The cargo hold was removed to make room for more ammo and fuel storage, but in combat
it is cleared to act as spaced armour for any incoming warheads.
