LUA radar screen

Description
A radar screen using the new LUA code block and the laser distance sensor.

Specifications:
* Has a range of 2000m, the maximum range of the laser distance sensor
* Adjustable range between 400 and 2000m with 400m intervals by interacting with the + and - soft bezel keys on the monitor
* Has a field of view of 120 degrees (adjustable in LUA)
* Supports 2 axis gimbal platform, stabilised in the pitch axis

There is an issue. the sensor says there is something sat right infront of the sensor when there is not.
