you need:

Wiremod
and
Sub Material Tool
and
tf2 (installed and mounted)
and
Improved Weight
and
Wiremod Unofficial Extras (github version)
https://github.com/wiremod/wire-extras

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R
