Description

Adds givecurrentammo_nocheat console command to clients, which is similar to givecurrentammo, plus:

It doesn't require sv_cheats to be enabled.
Gives a secondary ammo along with primary.
Server operators can restrict executing the command only for admins with sv_givecurrentammo_adminonly convar (Enabled by default).

to me in both hl2 and gmod i dont need sv_cheats one for givecurrentammo
