One South Church – tallest structure in southern Arizona. This building plays a large role in defining the Tucson skyline and is located at the heart of the city along the historic Congress Street. It is a 24-floor commercial and office tower home to restaurants, banks, insurance companies, and co-working spaces. The exterior of this tower is designed to invoke the colors of the desert that surround it, from the muted browns of the rocky landscape to the copper of the nearby mines to the striking blues of the cloudless desert sky. A perfect addition to any desert-themed city (or any city, for that matter).

The building is at 1:1 scale and sits on a 4x4 plot in-game. It is level 2 high density commercial with 300 jobs.

Tris: 752. 1024x1024 diffuse, specular, illumination, and normal maps.

This asset collection is my first attempt at creating and uploading items to the Workshop. As such I probably made a few mistakes, so please let me know if there’s anything I can improve with these assets. Thank you!

Thank you for this! But as a Tucsonian... slightly offended by the Phoenix logo lol. But seriously, very awesome building!

I was randomly scrolling steam and look here, a Tucson landmark. Most unexpected, also nice job building downtown in your screenshots. it is immediately recognizable.
