Are you tired of overly cartoony bright red and blue men who are either covered in a bright pink rash or look like smurfs? then this is the mod for you. Not only did i reskin both the Eagle and Raven teams, adding different uniforms for different environments, but I also added new bird-based nations as well; the Okapi people, the Shrike and the Chickadees.

The Okapi people are a darker skinned folk with a country in a state of civil war. The country is torn between the cruel military government and their loyalists, the Raven-backed rebels, and the normal men just trying to get by and survive. They live in harsh lands, with most of their territory being thick jungle or arid desert. The largest battles on their lands were the Battle for River Delta, the Dustbowl and the Rebel Terrorist Attack of the Canyon.

The Shrike are a hardy, sea-faring people with a strong sense of duty for their country. They are extremely skilled in maritime operations, even extending their naval duties to the people, who can actively become a privateer at a moments notice. Their largest battle were fought at the Battle of Alder Island, the Skirmish of the Coastline and the Stand for the Archipelago.

The Chickadees are an unwilling belligerent in the First Eagle-Raven War. The Chickadee people widely detest war, only joining the army as non-combatants such as medics and engineers. They'd much rather not join in the first place, but due to the circumstances, the country is torn between alignment towards the Eagles and the Ravens, with citizens joining one side or the other depending on their philosophies. They control little land, with only few mountain strongholds remaining; their capital, also known as the Citadel, a small mountainous temple once inhabited by Chickadee monks, and a mountain range containing various airfields in strategic positions.

The Eagles and Ravens were once sister-countries, having extremely good relations and very similar cultures. In fact, just a decade prior, they were in the same military alliance, promising protection if the other was attacked. This began to change when the Eagles began adopting expansionist, imperialist views. It started out with the Eagles only pushing for contested territory on their borders. However, when this expanded into the Eagles began seizing various freed and independent former-colonies, things changed. They expected to run rampant with little resistance, as they believed the Ravens would not interfere, or would even support them. This was not the case; the Raven people cried for justice and the First Eagle-Raven War began, pulling in more and more countries in on every front.

The Owls had always been regarded as a sort of sleeping giant; a foreign threat from a far away land that could awake at any minute. Once the Eagle-Raven war began, the Owls had largely been forgotten with the general population focusing on the threat at hand. This left a perfect opportunity for the Owls to swoop in and snag some land for themselves. However, later in the war when the Owls occupied both Eagle and Raven territory, the principle "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." came into effect with the Owls being a sort of unifying enemy. The Eagles and Ravens ended up collaborating with each other in various battles against them. However, once the giant was once again asleep, the war continued on as normal.
