FIGHTER Furukawa

Hiroya Furukawa (古川浩哉 Furukawa Hiroya, born June 13th, 1984), better known by his ring-name FIGHTER Furukawa (ファイター古川 Faitā Furukawa), is a japanese wrestler currently employed by Strongest Martial-Arts Wrestling.
One of the few to have been around since the company's BTW (Big Team Wrestling) days, FIGHTER has seen talent come and go and has endured many financial dark periods. Despite that, FIGHTER has never attained a championship in wrestling.

Sometimes referred to as the "fighting philosopher", FIGHTER Furukawa adheres to what he calls the fighter's mantra. "Win or lose, make sure you get stronger." That is the phrase FIGHTER firmly holds himself to. A loss is not a big deal to FIGHTER as long as he knows he gave it his best effort, as that is how FIGHTER knows he fought someone truly strong.
He makes sure he always gives every match his all. If FIGHTER felt he lost a match due to not taking it as seriously as he could have, he could never forgive himself.

Boasting a catch wrestling background, FIGHTER has many holds at his disposal and displays excellent technical prowess. Being deceptively powerful, he can catch opponents off-guard with mighty suplexes, which only adds to his formidability.
