Spirograph Shooter - Make Geometric Images

Description
By Steve's Makerspace

See video about it:

Uses The Modpack. You should also download the "Cardboard & Metal Wall" so you can replace the "canvass" after you finish an image. Note that the image making process takes a long time.

Weld to the ground, leaving the canvass free from the ground.

The buttons and numbers on the right indicate the speed of the arms. The first set is the center arm. The third set is the arm farthest from the center. With a positive speed, the arm goes clockwise, while a negative speed goes counter-clockwise. Suggest slower speeds in order for the image to be completely filled in.

The buttons and numbers on the left indicate the length of each arm. The first set is the center arm. The third set is the arm farthest from the center. The numbers at the top are the total arm length. The arms can't be more than 29 in total or they will bump into the post at the bottom.

Programming three different arm speeds might not produce a great image. Usually two speeds works better. But you can use the middle arm to add length to either the center or outside arm.

After you program the arms, get in the perch and press the button to start. It takes a long time to make an image, so go get a snack! After the image is done, you can detach the canvass and save it if you like. Feel free to upload to the workshop (and credit me for this build). Then spawn in a new Cardboard & Metal Wall, and weld on the new wall to do another image.

Enjoy!
