Toggleable Sustained Spells (v.253)

Description
******
This mod is being redone. Since there really hasn't been any feedback nor many subscribers, I don't think it will make much impact on the current ones. The focus is the same, but the scope has changed a bit.

This mod is focusing on creating permanant toggleable sustainable skills. They will function simply as an on off button. The skills will change in the following ways:

1. They will use reserved mana (thus, you will lose a portion of your mana while it is in use)
2. The original skill will be modified to make sense as a sustainable skill (some skills will be nerfed in some areas but buffed in others and some functions will change)
3. Since skills now assign permanent affixes, respeccing will always remove all sustained affixes.
*******
Right now, the following skills are complete. What this means is that the skill will toggle as it should and be a permamant sustainable skill.

Berserker:

-Iceshield: Reduced proc chance on charge increase to 20% +3% per level. Reduced reflected damage by 25% at each tier.

-Stormclaw: Change the percentage to jump from a flat 50 to 30% at tier 1, 45% at tier 2, 60% at tier 3 and 75% at tier 4.

-Battle Rage: Changed the max number of monsters initially to 4, then increase 2 per tier instead of starting out at 10.

Embermage:

-Flame aura: No changes. Important note- The layout that controls the pulse of Immolation Aura cannot be set to permanent. It has been set to 28 hours and will need you to turn it off and on if you play...longer than 28 hours straight.
********
Notes:
I will update this as more and more spells are updated.

I have not implemented the remove affix from respeccing yet, thus, if you do respec, please untoggle the skill so that you don't have a permanent skill on you. This is temporary.

Closing the game while a permanant skill is active will usually kill the skill, but not toggle the state back to 0. That means, on a new game you will need to cast the skill twice the very first time. Looking for a fix or better workaround.

Also, I'd love feedback on any issues or what a balanced sustained mana cost should be.

Can you apply this for the other class' skills?

I was looking for exactly this mod, until I saw that you changed the numbers on the skills. Can you release a version with toggle and reserved mana that doesn't have your balance changes?

Can you make a version of this that only applies to Iceshield?

One thing I would suggest if its possible, pets should be sustainable skills. I hate the fact that they have up and down times.

Not sure if its just me, but Battle Rage is not working properly for me. I'm getting a 50s CD, 60s duration. I'm running Torchlight 2 Essentials, Toggleable Sustainable Spells, Full Respec and Vitality rebalance, loading in that order.

I love the idea of toggleable skills, though I would prefer they drain mana, rather than locking out a portion.
