The 13th Zodiac the game was missing.

This passive item gives you +1 soul heart, +0.3 damage, and "wiggle worm" tears. Should work with AB+ and Repentance.

It is possible. There are cheat mods specifically made to unlock things.

im not entirely sure if thats possible, and even if it was i probably wouldnt as i want to keep modding outside from progression

its neat to see but i feel it should really be something more interesting since there already is a zodiac symbol that gives piercing shots, and a bit of damage and a soul heart isn't something to stand on either
but its a cool start
