Der Titan Supertanker wurde vorrangig für den Transport von Treibstoffen und Feststoffen im Interstellaren Raum verwendet. Als der große Krieg losbrach, rüstete man ihn um einige Gefechtssockel auf, die dann mit Point-Defense Geschützen bestückt wurden und nutzte ihn primär für die Versorgung der Flotten und Truppen.
Der Titan war trotz seiner leicht zu erhaltenen Baumaterialien nicht ganz billig in seiner Herstellung, dafür aber Massentauglich und leicht zu bauen.
Trotz der Baisverteidigung der Militärversion, konnte der Titan sich vor Überfällen im tiefen Raum kaum schützen, weshalb man ihm oft einen Geleitzug zur Seite stellte.

The Titan Supertanker was primarily used for transporting fuels and other cargo in interstellar space. When the Great War broke out, they armed it with point-defense guns and used it primarily for logistics support of their fleets.
The Titan was not cheap in its production, despite its easy to obtain building materials, but its size was suitable to its new role and its design simple enough to build.
Despite the added basic Defence on the military version, the Titan couldn't effectively protect itself from attacks in deep space, which is why it was often accompanied by a convoy.
