Description
Adds a blinking light above DroneHubs with heavy loads.
It uses the demolish blinky, but set higher above (try not to be confused).

tried, it's an in-game model and how the colour thingy works... not really (could make it kinda orangy).

Sorry, but how the seed generators are done make it probably not likely to add a filter for each type (forest/farm/etc).

REQUEST - a Quality Of Life Upgrade that makes drones TURN OFF thier Seed Harvesting operations on command.

Please? the lag spikes from the ^%$%$*&^%$&$&^%$&$^#^$$!!!!!!!!!!! seed harvests are painful. besides... i like my forests. drones keep harvesting them.
