Seems like somebody has not been to public schools in the Philippines...
With half-day shift then some students bring their own chair or just sit on the floor, 500 can fit there.
You should either:
1.) Reduce the capacity by half, ideally a third because I as said the capacity doesn't make sense in relation to the model's size. Or,...
2.) Replace the model you used here with the one you used on your High School and create a newer, even bigger model for your High School as the capacity on that is ridiculous as well.
