Description
A re-edited version of rtgstream's asset with a few unnecessary props removed and a few others added while grid space was reset to 2x4. Lighting also added for After Dark DLC.

Updated the asset to include MrMiyagi's Dealership Signs and have the two parking spaces slightly re-aligned. The original random signs included in the front and the back of the asset were also removed as I found them unnecessary.
