it doesn't exist it was an idea to make social housing and i made juste some buildings i had in mind but i am inspired by the modernism architects but i gues in Germany and frence (even belgique) you can find a lot of neighboorhoods in the same style i really like the style check out IanMosta's buildings in the workshop he made real existing cité's en france! And savane sur du ciment means something like (wilderness of concrete) some oldskool french rappers made a track TSR CREW - savane sur du ciment . Most of the neighboorhoods turned into ghetto's (criminality, alcolism , addicts , ...) also duo "zoning" (offices in the cities residential buildings empty and perfect spot for criminals) often under the buildings there is an entrance under the building the pillars of concrete are a commonly used spot for crime. Often what was meant when the modern city turned into a ghetto quickly
