Description
Mission Overview
----------------------

Mission type = Data recovery from crashed UAV
8 man Special Ops Co-oP or Single player
Spawn type = Group
Mission version 1.3 Beta

Mission Briefing
----------------------

Earlier this morning during a covert flight to monitor enemy activity, Special Operations Command lost contact with a malfunctioning Grey Hawk surveilance drone over enemy held territory.

DEVGRU are to insert behind enemy lines and search the swampland where the drone is believed to be.

You must recover the data stored onboard and get it back to USS Boston for analysis. Prevent this state of the art technology from falling into the hands of our enemys. Ensure the total destruction of the UAV before extraction.

It seems the last update from BIS broke the uniform script, some units now run around in their undercrackers. Will get things fixed as soon as i have time.

Hi Namrog. I have a few in the works but im gonna have to delay them, i am in the middle of moving house. A lot of work to do. As soon as we are settled i will open up the editor and get them released. Thanks for you interest in my missions. Best wishes shark attack !

Thanks for the feedback. Mission updated. Friendly AI will no longer turn on the unit who destroys the UAV.

Your squad hoses you down when you blow up the UAV, other than that its great as usual.

Good mission, which I was playing solo with the AI - up until the point where I detonated a charge under the UAV. All friendly units turned and gunned me down for some reason. Tries several times - even telling them to wait several hundred meters away. Same result - charge detonates, AI open fire on me.

Very nice mission. You can actual feel right into it. That´s what I was looking for, thank you very much :) I also wanted to put your attention to a little spelling error. The recover lost data task says "swap lands" instead of "swamp lands". I also had a problem with the AI, my second boat crew didn´t move to the extraction point but drove their zodiac right into altis :D But that´s just Arma3 AI I guess :)
