Katana Kid Backstory

A normal difficulty game start, but with a background story.
Pllay as usual - normal difficulty. Gather allies, train them, then take back Cactus Rum Farm from the Iron Hand Ronin (a moderate enemy). Adds a couple locations, two recruits to find, a rare sword, a chewstick vendor, and other minor items. Most of the items only apply to the Katana Kid start.
