Unique Trait: Five Circuits
+15% Building Production in Connected cities and +20 XP in unconnected ones. Capital receives both if there are two of each.

Unique Unit: Khitan Hunter
The Khitan Hunter is the unique replacement for the Chariot Archer for Great Liao. Unlike the Chariot Archer, this unit can use its Ranged Attack to attack over obstacles. It also does not require Horses and unlocks at Trapping. It takes slightly longer to train, however. Use Khitan Hunters to scout out and harass your enemies.

Unique Unit: Gulou
The Gulou is the unique replacement for the Garden for Great Liao. Like the Garden, the Guanyin Hall increases the generation of Great People in the city. However, instead of requiring that the city be built next to a River or Lake, the Gulou requires that the city have a Temple instead. It also grants a burst of Golden Age Points whenever a Science, Culture, or Military Building is constructed in any city, based upon the Population of its own city. Construct Gulou before these other Buildings in order to maximise your civilization's prestige.
