According to Paradox Wikis, the base production for vanilla Metal Extractor is 20 Metals and for the Rare Metal Extractor it is 7. Maintenance for both is just 2 Machine Parts and Power requirement is a paltry sum of 5...

So this mod's is worse for metal and barely better for rare metals, but with many times worse power consumption and higher build costs?
Also... no waste rock? Waste Rock should be considered a valuable resource, esp. with the various new buildings like Waste Rock Processor, Metals Refinery and Rare Metals Refinery.
