4 Lane Road with Tram Tracks

Description
A 4 lane road 16m wide road with tram tracks in the centre two lanes.

The road has 2 lanes in each direction and the centre two lanes are mixed traffic.

The road is base off of the 4 lanes small road from Network Extensions 2 and the 4 Lane Bus & Tram Priority Road by BadPeanut. The road pairs with both of those phenomenally. The road also pairs nicely with the 4 Lane Bus & Tram Priority Road.

Oh, you might want to correct the elevated version. It still has the painting of the 4 Lane Bus & Tram Priority Road (red center lanes) whereas the flat road looks as in your screenshot above, without the red center lanes.

Just what I was looking for today - the 4 lanes small road from Network Extensions 2, but with tram tacks. Would be perfect if there was a version with Elete Tram Tracks (ETT), but I am happy with this one already. Thanks a lot.
