Flower Hat [Sprint]

Description
A simple flower hat. If anyone wants to take and improve upon this, they are free to do whatever.

Things to maybe do:
- Make the band dyeable
- Adjust the size?
- Might need to adjust the positioning a bit, hard to get a spot where it doesn't clip for both of them.
