Yes, the thing vaulting through the air is the Railgun tank. No, it is not supposed to be able to do that. The recoil is simply so immense that it launches through the air at 1k kmh after you fire. IT'S FLIPPING MADE OF TUNGSTEN AND GOLD. For your information, this tank is not ANYTHING friendly. If you fire it anywhere, it's gonna lag for about a minute while your computer screams murder at you, and then all you will see is a vaulting tank... and if you hit your target, it should be obliterated.
