@Bizzudo ? No idea how that would work, I used Blender for the 3D model and Gimp for the textures with material from the internet, as usual

Did you use The Sims to do this? It really looks like The Sims texture.

@macluk Thanks but as you can see on my workshop, my assets come from a variety of places already. The reason I've made a lot of buildings from Troyes is because I found a series of excellent resource material for the textures. Otherwise I'm mostly focused on North and Western France.

Creating a single RICO building with multiple uses is too much hassle, if possible at all. That's why I keep my buidings single-use. Knowing that most of the buildings I make have a shop on the ground floor, sometimes I make them residential anyway to balance it all out.

Right Lost Gecko - it's time to finally contribute to you for your fantastic efforts!
I can't do too much but it's worth it.

I don't know if you know other towns with such beautiful medieval architecture but here are some examples (and if you start doing them, both as commercial and residential) I think i will start monthly contribution ;)

Also - although i hate rico - because medieval places where craftsmen of all sorts worked were also their houses and shops in one - do you think you could creat some small rico buildings containing such workshops with flats and shops in one? Of course it's gonna have some pollution but it wasn't much comparing to 19th century factories :)

Now, the examples:
